About IBC College

This institute now offers the following programmes:

• 3. National Diploma in Hospitality Management (3 years)
• 4. National Diploma in Human Resource Management (3 years)
• 5. National Diploma in Information Technology (3 years)
• 6. National Diploma in Legal Studies (3 years)
• 7. National Diploma in Marketing Management (3 years)
• 8. National Diploma in Tourism Management (3 years)

It is worth mentioning that prior to 2018 IBC was affiliated to the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) based in the United Kingdom. Due to Regional Frameworks such as SADC Qualification Framework (2017), Lesotho Qualification Framework and Technical and Vocational Department (TVD), our local Quality Assurance and policy provision as per TVET Policy (2019) that pronounce/provide guidance in the TVET Sector; due to these three (3) bodies, IBC is now aligning itself with the pronouncement.

IBC College's main target market is composed of all students who have not been accepted into universities due to unsatisfactory LGCSE results, people who are under full time employment who would like to develop or diversify their skills, as well as the mainstream student market.

Due to experiencing exponential growth, IBC College has since increased its product portfolio to include many more commercial as well as vocational courses.

The college is entering a new phase of its life whereby it decides to focus its efforts not only on growth in numbers but in improving the quality of its education as well as national perceptions, to be regarded as a major player in the education industry in the country and in Southern Africa.

We believe that we will achieve this by keeping to our mission statement of working with an enterprising human resources who subscribe to team work and the people who are unaware of what cannot be done and change our focus from working only with international examination bodies to include local accreditation bodies.
